Urban Attyr is an AI-based wardrobe management platform that allows users to:

  • Upload images and details of clothing items;

  • Create, organize, and manage digital wardrobes;

  • Receive AI-generated or manually created outfit suggestions;

  • Access daily outfit recommendations tailored to their preferences and location (optionally).

Some features are free (“Free Tier”), while advanced features, such as AI-generated outfit suggestions or enhanced wardrobe analytics, may require payment (“Premium Tier”).

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including name, email, phone number, date of birth, gender, and location (optionally).

  • Keep your account credentials secure and confidential.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain false information.

4. User Content

You may upload images and descriptions of your clothing items (“User Content”).
By uploading or submitting content, you grant Urban Attyr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Host, store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide and improve the service.

You retain ownership of all your content. However, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the right to upload the content;

  • Your content does not infringe on any third-party rights or contain offensive, unlawful, or copyrighted material.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

5. AI-Generated Content

Our AI may analyze your wardrobe items and preferences to suggest outfits or styling recommendations.
You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated content is for informational and entertainment purposes only;

  • We do not guarantee accuracy, suitability, or satisfaction with AI suggestions;

  • You are solely responsible for how you use or rely on AI-generated results.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features are available only through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases.

  • Prices and payment terms are displayed within the App and may vary by region.

  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • We may modify fees, plans, or features at any time with prior notice.

No refunds are provided except where required by applicable law.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and process certain personal information such as your name, email, phone number, gender, date of birth, and optionally location, to improve outfit recommendations and overall experience.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities;

  • Upload or share any content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on third-party rights;

  • Use automated systems or bots to access the App.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account.

All rights, title, and interest in the App, including software, design, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Urban Attyr or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the App except as permitted by these Terms.

The App and all related services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We do not guarantee that:

  • The App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure;

  • AI recommendations will meet your expectations or personal style.

You use the App at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Attyr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use or inability to use the App;

  • AI-generated suggestions or inaccuracies;

  • Unauthorized access to your data.

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms;

  • Required by law or government request;

  • We discontinue the App or part of its services.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted in the App or on our website, and your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Haryana.
